General Tso's Chicken

OK, I was driving by Lucky Garden again about lunch, and I couldn’t resist the aroma. Yes for a change, it was warm enough to have the window down for a change. I used the excuse of needing to practice some more “food photography.  I only had time for a few shots before I succumbed.  Excellent food photography needs to have depth, color and detail. Of course it has to jump off the page or screen screaming, “Eat me, eat me!”
