James (King Neon) Guçwa, who is renown for his paintings of old and interesting neon signs chose my photograph of the neon sign that sits above “The Ballroom”
in the Fremont District of Seattle, WA as the subject for his latest painting, Jim is known, internationally, for his creative renditions of motor cycles and old neon signs that are disappearing from the landscape. His painting, “The Ballroom” is on exhibit (and for sale) at the Scott Richard’s Contemporary Art Gallery, San Francisco, CA.
